FSCT-770/570-A  is a new condision machine with 3 stations: Heating-Forming-Cutting-Stacking.
The multi-station machine is suitable for OPS,HIPS,PS,PVC.PP.PET.ABS ect sheet to produce all kinds of cups, trays, clamshell, bowls, fast food boxes, dishes, lids etc.
The FSCT-770/570, multi-station thermoforming machine, which is the combination of machnical, electrical, pneumatic components. adopts the most advanced thermoforming technology, the whole system is controlled by micro PLC and touch screen and operated by the man-machine interface. it with positive& negative air pressure system.
Main Features:
1.FSCT-770570 Fully-automatic thermoforming machine, which is a combination of feeding, heating, thermoforming, cutting(hole punching),stacking and send out. This machine will save 80% labor cost and it is used in high degree of automation.
2. The machine, used in design of mechanical-electrical integration and all mechanical transmission, positive and negative pressure forming, is suitable for production of plastic products with high quality and outp
3.It is operated by the human machine interface(HMI),easy to understand.
4.The heating oven is adopted closed Far-infrared ceramic brick heat. Heating temperature is precisely controlled by the temperature module, assuring the precise forming temperature needed by the plastic sheet, which reduces the heating time , improves the heating efficiency and saves the electrical energy. The control box will show heating temperature, easy and convenient to operate.
5. The teeth chain is sent by the servomotor and precise planetary gear so that the error range will be less than 0.15mm,it improves the production quality.
6. Forming and cutting parts adopt the variable frequency motor and reducer, drive link with all mechanical transmission.
7. Forming mold presses first and then stretches. The mold cooling method is water cycle in mold and there is mold controlling system, therefore it can meet different mold temperatures requirements of different plastic sheet.
8. Cutting, made by alloy laser blade, is used by motor reducer and mechanical link, ensuring the cutting precision and stability.
9. There is quick mold changing on the forming and cutting mold so it will be much easier and more convenient to operate.
10. Forming and cutting joint has installed the precision roller bearing, so the machine has the advantage of high impact strength, flexibility, durability and resistance to fatigue, ensuring the precision and sensitivity of forming and cutting.
