Usage
The machine mainly used for making different kinds of plastic cups, such as water drinking cups, jelly cups, yogurt cups, coffee cups, it can also make disposable bowls, lids, dishes, trays and ect.
Major construction features
The sheet feeding pin chain is controlled by motor with encode.
The stretching of plug inside of up mould is controlled by air cylinder.
The operation is controlled by PLC with touch screen.
Adopt two pillars to fix the mould.
Adopt hydraulic system to drive the movement of the mould.
Temperature control modules to control each temperature area.
Machine production process started from sheet feeding, heating, stretching, forming and in-mould cutting in one stroke.
Machine frame adopts square steel, more stable and serviceable.
